By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent, and that you will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

2. License Types

B. Commercial Use License (Non-Editable)
You may use the final product (as-is) for your business or brand, including for marketing, display, or resale as part of a finished product.
You may not:
Edit, modify, or alter the original digital file.
Resell, redistribute, or make the file available to others (Marketplace, email, sharing…).
Claim authorship or rebrand it as your own design.
Example:
You may use a pre-made digital art file on merchandise you sell (e.g., T-shirts, posters, or products for your customers), but you may not edit the file, change the artwork, or resell the design itself.
3. License Ownership
This license applies to one individual or one business only.
Sharing the files or granting access to others (including subcontractors, friends, family members or team members) is not permitted.
If multiple people or businesses need to use the files, each must purchase their own license.
4. What’s Allowed
You may use the Product for your own personal or business use, in accordance with the license purchased. You may print, display, or use the product as intended by the file description.
5. What’s Not Allowed
✘ You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original digital files.
✘ You may not claim the product as your own work.
✘ You may not modify and resell the product under your own name or brand.
✘ You may not upload or share the files publicly or on any digital platform.
6. Modification Rules
You may customize the Product for personal use only (such as resizing or cropping for display).
You may not modify, alter, or remix any product and then resell or redistribute it in any form.
7. Attribution
Attribution is not required for personal or commercial use of artwork; however, it may be specifically indicated that for those works and ideas that are not created with the help of artificial intelligence (Ai), attribution of the product license is required at all times.
8. Consequences of Violating Terms
Violation of these Terms — including unauthorized resale, sharing, or redistribution — may result in:
Immediate revocation of access to all purchased files.
Legal action for copyright infringement or breach of contract.
Permanent ban from purchasing or accessing this website.
9. Payments and Delivery
All payments are processed securely via our approved payment providers.
After successful payment, digital files are available for immediate download.
Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final — refunds or exchanges are not available once a download has occurred.
10. Intellectual Property
All Products, text, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of SquareBokz or its licensors and are protected by copyright law. You receive only a limited license to use the files as described above — ownership of the original content remains with SquareBokz at all time.
11. Limitation of Liability
SquareBokz is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or issues arising from your use or inability to use any product or the website. All products are provided “as is.”
